I've been in kitchens for over ten years. For the last few I've been on the other side of the pass, consulting for owners, founders, and teams.
For over ten years I cooked. Now I build the kitchens other people cook in. I design menus that survive a full house, set up rooms so the food has somewhere to happen, and train teams to hold the line when no one is watching. Based in Istanbul, working wherever a kitchen needs to find its feet.
